• Our warehouses are operated as distribution warehouses with full services for your goods
• Progressive, professional services and logistics solutions which allow us to handle large stock turnovers
• Stock records based on customer codes (easy cross-checking during inventory-taking), possibility to use a FIFO based stock records (First In First Out)
• Control of movement of goods in the warehouse using bar codes (currently offered in Prague and České Budějovice warehouses), wireless control of warehouse activities, possibility to use bar codes on goods / in case that FIFO based inventory records are required, we generate our own unique bar codes
• The bar codes are primarily used for income and outcome validation, which not only facilitates our work but also increases the quality of our services
• Apart from the standard goods handling, we offer other services such as quantity and state inspections, consignment consolidation, packaging, applying labels, completing manuals, warranty cards, delivery notes, operating manuals; all can be printed out, put into envelopes; further refining operations and services
• The customer can monitor the goods movement during the receipt and dispatch procedures via an on-line application NETSPEDICE (secured access requiring a user name and password). We also recommend carrying out dispatch orders on-line in this application (the application also offers features such as address book, track and trace, transport history, price calculation, printing of labels and lists of orders etc.)
• Communication is also possible via an agreed data interchange EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
• All goods stored in the warehouse are insured
• In case that goods are accepted from abroad, we can provide customs services and clear the goods through the customs according to the client’s requirements
• Our services include transport and distribution of goods, dispatch to recipients in the Czech Republic within 24 hours from the moment of sending the dispatch order, 48 – 72 hours in the Slovak Republic, EU – variable delivery times
• Our in-house software and development department allows us to offer tailor made logistic services adjusted to the customers’ needs
